I have been selling real estate since 1994. I have a license in Accredited Buyer Representation. I also have a license from the National Residential Appraisers Institute.

I enjoy working with all age groups, no matter if it is a first time Buyer, afraid of getting a mortgage and going into debt, or a retiree, sad that they have to sell the home they raised their kids in. One of my strong points is communciating and educating buyers & sellers on all aspects of the real estate process.

Real estate allows me the flexibility to enjoy spending time with my grandkids and all of their activities. I also enjoy going to Florida and walking the beach.
